The way I make a salad, it's enormous, but it's really just veggies, and once you get used to it you'll love the way it makes you feel. Squeeze that fucker all over the top of the salad and you're good to go! Then I bring a lemon to work and slice it in half when I'm ready to eat lunch. I cut up half an avocado (or sometimes a whole one if I'm feeling naughty!) and smear it on top of the salad. I spend a lot of my time dispelling the myth that I ONLY eat salads, so I probably shouldn't write about how much I love salads.
